The top 25 cities on the latest Mercer Quality of Living Rankings dont include even one metro area from the United States.
The highest-ranked U.S. cities on the list include San Francisco (27), Boston (33), and Honolulu (36). The list considers 39 factors, including political and social environment, economic environment, and healthcare conditions, in more than 440 cities.

Boston?
Did they include the reliability and convenience of it’s public transportation system in the evaluation?
Baloney. Dallas/Ft Worth is very livable. Good hospitals & doctors, lots of decent jobs, relatively cheap and available homes and rental properties, great restaurants, shopping, ethnic enclaves and culture.
And if you want a country with a free and working Internet leave the USA. The USA has the worst net neutrality(socialism) laws in the world Obama and his FCC just unconstitutionally passed by socialism for the Internet with a wave of his evil hand. only 2 other countries in the world even have some form of net neutrality laws. but i can assure you Obama’s are the worst and most oppressive that will ruin the internet the most
I was well into the excerpt when I realized start packing related to your stuff.
And not your weapons.
However, I maintain that packing heat will add to your quality of life. Especially if you have to live in less than desirable locations.

Great city? There is a single on that exists in my book.
Exactly. If you can’t defend it, you don’t own it.
San Francisco? If you’re gay!
Boston? If you’re socialist!
European cities? Hot bed of terrorism now!
What a joke! I simply do not know what else to say!
wow Auckland is third. It’s very expensive. the people that work at cafe’s, post office and such live up to an hour away. I thot about emigrating until i saw the housing prices. And that was when the zed was half the dollar.
Should anyone be surprised by this? Well, other than there is a report that actually tells it the way it is. The problem with cities is, well, to be eloquent, that they are cities. Cities are magnets for the absurd and RATs.
Brooklyn.
Wasn’t there something called “bulletin boards” or something where you would call direst to them for messaging or chat? Saw something mentioned about that in a movie ....
Article is bunk. Any “Quality of Living Ranking” that has
San Francisco, Boston,or Honolulu over any city in Texas
is about a full bubble off.
The breakdown and “fundamental change” of America continues. Aint leftivism grand!?
Allow me to second your praise of DFW. There are a number of excellent wineries, my favorite is Lost Oak Winery in Burleson. I’ve lived in Valley Ranch for 18 years and it’s been a great experience.
This is such a load of crap! I’ve spent a lot of time in Singapore, and it’s not place I’d care to make my home. You can be jailed there for the most minor infractions, like dropping a cigarette on the sidewalk as an example.
I can see problems right away.
“Obama and his FCC just unconstitutionally passed socialism for the Internet with a wave of his evil hand.”
Look a little further into it. Eventually he is going to
hand it over to the UN.
