In a letter to Congress, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen defended the decision to allow illegal immigrants to get refunds from the agency.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) went “On The Record” tonight to explain that illegal immigrants who get a social security number can go back and apply for a refund through the earned income tax credit. He said this is due to President Barack Obama’s executive order on illegal immigration, calling it unconstitutional and unfair.

I hate this theft.
But, a silly technical point: If they didn’t have a tax identification number, how can one verify their past claims for income? Or does anyone who says, “I worked, didn’t make much money, here’s my best guess” qualify for the EITC?
Obama “STACKED” the IRS with leftists.
The weaponized I.R.S. can do whatever it wants at POSOTUS’ behest. It’s just more in-your-face nowadays.

It’s not really a “refund” then is it?
No it's not. It's a gift to millions of illegals financed by the middle-class at the behest of the Rovians in congress.
The Republic is dead. We are no longer a constitutional republic.
We're a piggy bank for the political class.

Ask yourself - what kind of person actually seeks a job at the IRS?
Or your local appraisers’ office, for that matter?
If one is young, and an accountant, the IRS has been a place to boost your resume. Not anymore, unless you know a unionized, left wing CPA firm : )
If by some miracle of God Almighty, Scott Walker is the next POTUS, do you think he will take on the public employee unions of DC? Fun, fun, fun is what I see if that happens!!
