My mother had an 85% blockage on three ‘sides’ of her heart and walked in to the hospital for exploratory surgery.
She lived.
As for the videos, NO ONE is saying. (I guess there’s more than one)
Orson Bean was Andrews FIL, I think. He said shortly after Andrew’s death that there’d been no problem.
After the coroner’s assistant up and died, EVERYONE’s stories changed.

Tim Russert was alone when he arrested.
If as you said, Andrew was alone, then he was more likely to have died from a sudden cardiac event.
Not sure if Andrew suffered a cardiac arrest. The autopsy said “heart failure.” But I do know that chances of surviving a cardiac arrest are somewhere around 5 to 7%. If Andrew had a cardiac arrest, the odds of survival were against him.
By the way, people can have heart problems and not know it until an attack or arrest occurs. Andrew might not have had obvious symptoms. I didn't have any pain. I did have shortness of breath which I attributed to my weight. Obviously, I was wrong.
