I believe the autopsy showed that Breitbart had an enlarged heart. It's unclear whether he was aware of the enlargement. It's possible he wasn't.

I think someone close to him said he had had a previous heart attack. I would think any previous heart attack would also have shown up in the autopsy, but I don't know if it did.

People think Breitbart was too young to have died from heart disease. Actually, these days 40 is becoming the prime age for death from heart disease. Too many people are ticking time bombs and most aren't aware of it. Or they have symptoms which they ignore.

From what I understand, any ‘heavy’ person’s heart can easily be ‘enlarged’. I was watching something about it on a TV show when channel surfing one day when home from work. It was a ‘daily talk show’ with one topic ‘educating’ everyone on the evils of being a fat person. So I am not so sure that enlarged heart report about him is the culprit some are saying.

I am far more suspicious of the highly unusual coincidences surrounding his last days and death. So much that the old saying being ‘there are no coincidences’ cannot be overlooked.
