NATIONAL HARBOR, Maryland Republican voters rejected former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in the straw poll, as he earned only 8 percent of the vote and came in fifth.
That came as, according to reports and several other campaigns, Bush attempted to rig the straw poll by busing in supporters from Washington, D.C., and K Street. So, after subtracting out those his campaign packed into the Gaylord hotel in National Harbor, his support among conservatives is even more smaller than it appears.
Bush faced a round of ridicule from pretty much everyone across the Republican Party, ranging from MSNBC host Joe Scarborough to Sen. Jeff Sessions.
Scarborough told Breitbart News in an interview at CPAC that the GOP nominee in 2016 needs to be a conservative and be able to turn out the conservative basesomething that Bush is clearly having issues with. He adds if that doesnt happen, then the party will lose in the general election.
Sen. Sessions, who at a Breitbart News meet-and-greet rebutted Bushs support for amnesty right after Bushs appearance on stage, said that even with all the money Bush is raising he needs to be able to win votessomething Bush showed at CPAC hes currently unable to do among the Conservative base.
Ill tell you one thing: Its the people of this country that run this country, Sessions said. Contributions and supporters are always important in presidential elections and other elections too, but votes trumps money.

My you have been a busy this evening! I object to Jeb’s immigration proposals. I object to his support for Common Core Educational standards which requires teachers to indoctrinate their students with objectionable propaganda including disproven global warming lies and promoting the homosexual lifestyle as normal. But most importantly he is a Bush and I simply believe running Bush against even Hillary is a guaranteed disaster. Is that good enough for you?
I don’t believe Romney (not my favor candidate) lost the 2012 election. It was stolen from him by people like CNN’s Candy Crowley and enormous voter frauds, like Alan West.
Likewise McPain lost because James Dobson did NOT like him and all evangelic stayed home, shame on him!!!
HUH?
I heard their Governor’s State of State (Ohio) address, very powerful. Like to see him run!!!
Are YOU a business man. How much do you think Trump gives to DNC-asses???
Is Cruizing a NBC???
WHO is a NBC, Cruizing or Bush???
No more presidential dynasties, maybe there ought to be a law....
I strongly disagree with Jeb Bush on some issues like amnesty, I don’t dislike him as a person, I pretty much rule out voting for him period.
If Jeb wins, I think there would be a 3rd party, Cruz, Palin or someone and there is always the Constitution Party which actually reflects a lot of the views here in my humble opinion. People just don’t want to vote for a perceived “tiny party” which they are, smaller than the Libertarians but the Constitution Party platform is excellent.
So far I only see one close to it, Scott Walker???
Your source for the claim and where would they have been picked up???
So you like the money guy from Texas, Perot(???) did to 41???
Your creditable source, please???
What is an NBC?
Did watch the whole Cpac???
Ceuizing!!!
Would a 3rd. party WIN???
LOL......Article II. Section 1. Clause V.
is that LOL supposed to make me feel foolish for asking a question? Seems to me from reading your posts tonight that you’re the fool.
