"....Scott Walker as a political performer is pretty uninspiring. He doesn't have George Bush's pretzel-mouthed Texas charm or Sarah Palin's hockey Mom magnetism. He can't fall back on an ethnic American dream parable like the one Marco Rubio can run on. He's just a doughy, finger-pointing white guy of the type the Republican Party has been churning out to fill state assembly seats or run in back-bench congressional districts seemingly since the beginning of time. He's exactly the kind of politician the modern Democratic Party is set up to beat...."

Another delusional leftist.
True, but I don't know that he (or any other Governor) can translate that sort of winning formula over to the national level. The dynamics at that level are magnified, and are very different from those at the state level.
For my money, a successful CiC has to be able to reach into people's hearts, and persuade them to follow him. That takes a certain charisma and communication ability that only few possess. Much as we hate Obama, even he has it, which is the only thing that has enabled him to go as far as he has, these last six years.
I'm looking for a candidate who possesses the closest thing to the 'total package' as our side can produce. Walker's good, but I think he falls short in that regard.
He’s a squish. He will tow the Rhino line. I frankly don’t care what Rush’s opinion of him is.
After all “Catherine,” preferred Bachman over Palin.
Whereas, Palin is Thatcher compared to most of the so called conservative eloquent female conservatives.
Cruz is the genuine article.
I’m all in for CRUZ!
Ah, there you go.
They are afraid of him.
Next issue will say how great Zeb is.
Rolling Stone is not exactly the sharpest set of knives in the drawer.
They are not knives.
And they’re not even in the drawer.
Because of the way he did it. It was not the “approved” way.
I am getting real tired of hearing the expression “white guy” used to mean a bad thing.
When the Dims target a guy like this we should know they consider this guy very dangerous to them.
“hes honest and doesnt have to think about what hes going to say”
That almost brought a tear to my eye.
“Scott Walker had no campaign against teachers. He was against union bosses forcibly taking money from teachers and ripping them off.”
Exactly. If the teachers were so ticked off at Walker, why did so many of them drop their union membership?
Rolling Stone? To borrow a phrase, “Shut up and sing!”
Rolling Stone denouncing a Republican is a sterling endorsement to me!
Interestingly enough a Russian friend tells me that one simple act Reagan did broke the Soviet hold on the people.
She says the Soviet standard was to stand above the crowd and speak to the buildings on the far side of the square without ever really acknowledging the people. Reagan began to speak and started looking down into the crowd and deliberately sought out individual faces and telling those individuals that they had a God given right to self determination. She says that emotion swept through the crowd like wildfire because for the first time in their lives a leader was speaking to them about joining him instead of a ruler telling them what would happen.
Please don’t throw me in dat briar patch! lol
His work is far more impressive than Perry in Texas. Texas has been growing for years. Walker cut the government and did the hard things in the face of adversity.
I like Cruz. I like Walker. Either one.
Matt Taibbi is probably the most despicable political writer in America, and he gets a pass - despite is ongoing hate-mongering - from the MSM.
Oh, my God! Another extreme leftist has a total meltdown over Scott Walker. This is fun to watch.

Rolling stone is drinking their bong water. The modern demonrat party got their ass kicked by Walker three times in the last 4 years, and each time by wider margins.
What a f@g.
