Well that should put a permanent stop to keep terrywrist from gettting firearms. See how easy that was. But, I'm thinkin' I'd like miss anit gun fiensteen to close her piehole instead. Maybe she should take a cue from bobbie boxcar and bail from the senate job. That'd be nice.

Remember, Tea Party types fall into the scope of these Proglodytes’ definition of terrorists.

My mouth is hanging open...jaw dropped to the keyboard. Is this a joke?

Diane - you just need to make sure the terrorists are rounded up. You shouldn’t have to worry about them BUYING or getting their hands on weapons...

These people don’t get any smarter with age, do they? She’s getting dumber every day.

The bill would give the attorney general discretion to “deny the transfer of a firearm” if he or she “determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support or resources for terrorism” and “has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.”

It includes international and domestic terrorism

And therein lies the problem.

The attorney general can deny anyone their rights for just about any reason. Post something online that is critical of the government? You are a domestic terrorist. No guns for you.

What’s Frankenfeinstein’s issue... terrorists will have no need for guns if they are provided with a job. Oh, and provided with unemployment if they lose their job.

Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), the former chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee...snip... said “common sense dictates that the federal government stop gun sales to suspects on the terrorist watch list.”

And passing this law will stop them from getting guns? The stupid, it burns.

Jeh Johnson, DHS: ALL TRADITIONAL AMERICANS WHO BELIEVE IN CHRIST OR CAPITALISM OR THE CONSTITUTION, ARE TERRORISTS.

Democrats are masters at using just the right language and buzz words to make themselves and their proposals sound innocent and well meaning to the average uninformed guy in the street.

To most normal Americans, when someone in government refers to a terrorist we naturally assume they mean a foaming-at-the-mouth muslim yelling Allah-Akbar while shooting up a US military base, burning people alive in cages, or chopping the heads off Christians.

But to democrats and other followers of Obama, the terrorist they are really referring to is someone like a Tea Party member, a military vet with an NRA sticker on his pick-up truck, or a Christian campaigning against mandatory homosexual education in Kindergarten.

I remember (1962) when Thomas J Dodd and Emanuel Cellar wanted new Federal laws to ban the import of 5 shot bolt action army surplus rifles and a call to register ONLY handguns.
The claim was these guns were used by criminals.
A year later Oswald used an Italian army surplus rifle to kill John Kennedy and the liberal press went ballistic!

From then till 1968 the opinion pages were filled with calls for a ban on those “evil” army surplus 5 shot bolt action rifles and calls to register ALL guns.

A close scrutiny of the demand showed Dodd and Cellar were trying to ELIMINATE COMPETITION for Remington, Winchester and Savage rifle makers.
After all, why should a poor farmer (back then) pay $10.00 for a bolt action army surplus rifle to hunt with when he SHOULD BE PAYING $45.00 for a fine American made bolt action hunting rifle.

So what is the REAL REASON Diane Fienstein is so hot to ban semi-auto rifles, something the politicians in the past said they would never do?

Given the co-sponsors this is a pretty obvious Trojan Horse. Zero chance of going anywhere but the Democrats will be screaming that Repubs don’t want to disarm terrorists. Same old tripe they roll out over and over again.

Pretty funny whern you consider that the only people I know who sell guns to terrorists and drug cartels are Obama and Holder and their gay, smelly, discolored minions.

That's why they let Chris die in Benghazi. He was the point-man selling American arms/materiel to the terrorists, and with him dead, there's no story other than his "unfortunate" death.

Ahem.

I have to believe there's a very special place in Hell for these scumbag filth-people.

Then all they have to do is declare preppers, former military, republicans and Christians as terrorists. Then comes the 3 am kicking in of the door.... We have moved out of realm of law of "innocent until proven guilty" and have now moved to denying people's rights on suspicion alone.
