Why would Evangelicals go for Dauphin Bush when they have a real Evangelical in the Huckster or Cruz. I am not sure what church Dr. Carson goes for. If you want a practicing Catholic Santorum is a much better choice. The only thing I see Dauphin Bush's faith influence him is his immigration is an "act of love" type statements. Dauphin Bush is in line with the Open Borders Catholic leadership.

... Seems to me the Dauphin has made a lot of accommodation to his wife. Two are very prominent: Religion and USA sovereignty. I wonder what else the allure has changed in him?

Jeb has Common Core hung around his neck... NOT GOOD!
Do NOT want Huckster.. because THAT is EXACTLY what the self-promoter is!

So incredibly phony. You connect with people by being yourself and having them drawn to who you are. Truly genuine leaders are not all things to all people, but are something consistent and appealing to most people with the something being what people consider important. Such leaders come across the same no matter the situation because that's who they are.
Fake phony frauds like Jeb and the rest of GOPe talk about religion or strong borders or smaller government only when their advisers see an advantage to it. The moment they no longer have to, they revert to their true selves. We're seeing it now in Congress where Boehner, McConnell, McCain, Graham et al. are done making their election year hostage tapes and want to resume being the the go along get alongs they truly are.

Yet another establishment politico wants to live in DC and sit around with his thumb in his b*tt while the nation slides ever deeper into h*ll.
Wonderful.

As far as I am concerned The days of the JFK scenario of “vote for him because he is Catholic” are over. I think those of us who are conservative are more engaged than we were in 1960. At least I hope we are.

Jeb Bush murdered Terri Schiavo.
But at least she was a fellow Catholic!

Referring to his conversion to Catholicism, Mr. Bush says, My faith was strengthened when I converted to my wifes faith
It gives me a serenity that, in a world of a lot of turbulence, is really important. It creates a moral architecture that simplifies things. There are views that I have, that are grounded in faith, that really arent negotiable and it just simplifies things. Well, that certainly explains his position on immigration reform and amnesty.
