London (CNN)—Western relations with Russia will never again be the same after the war in Ukraine, Norwegian Defense Minister Ine Eriksen Søreide told CNN's Christiane Amanpour on Wednesday.
"We are faced with a different Russia. I want to warn against the fact that some people see this as something that is going to pass. The situation has changed. And it has changed profoundly."
There is "no going back to some sort of normality or some sort of back to normal business. Because that normality does not exist."

Never is a long, long time. Norwegians and Russians share a love for hard booze and caviar and a hatred for Jews, so I’m sure they’ll reconcile someday.
Sweden and Finland weren’t occupied during the war.
I think Norway has a common border with Russia. I’d suggest that they need a larger military.
What does that mean? Is Norway supposed to lead NATO?
He's neither. He looks at Russia as his own little prepper hobby. If he can burn down the world and survive it with his military tech intact, he can then take over the world - or at least his hemisphere of it - when it's a smoking ruin.

Norway has abandoned neutrality as a defensive measure given their own disastrous experience and that of the other European nations in WWII. I know an elderly couple who despise the Germans to this day, after her elderly grandparents were dragged out of their log house in Norway during WWII by German soldiers and murdered them in the snow. They also strongly disliked the Swedes for allowing the German soldiers to transit through Sweden to get to Norway. Many Norwegians today would rather die fighting than tolerate another hostile occupation by German or Russian invaders.
Some of the Swedes also aren’t happy with the way in which their government was backed into a corner and coerced into allowing the German forces to use Swedish territory for the German war on Norway. As strongly as the Swedes believe in maintaining their neutrality, they are being very sorely tempted into abandoning their traditional neutrality in the face of this mounting threat of aggression from Putin’s Russia.

O yeah? Then how come they're letting hundreds of thousands of Muslims take over their country? How come they do nothing when the aforementioned Muslims rape hundreds of their women and teenage girls? How come their cops do nothing when the Muslims push them out of neighborhoods? How come their judiciary is integrating Sharia into their codes?
Don't confuse our solid, stolid, reliable commonsense Norwegian American Lutherans with the Far Left Socialist open borders ani they evidently left behind to ruin their country.

He’s insane if thinks he can get away with this. Does he really think he can survive a nuclear exchange with us? All it would take is one and the whole world goes up in flames. China, the Norks and Pakistan aren’t going to sit by and wait to be immolated and neither are the guys standing behind Putin. There’s a Russian tradition of it’s leaders getting ‘’sick’’. Even Stalin, the “Man Of Steel’’ wasn’t immune to the “Kremlin Flu’’, or so it has been alleged. Putin is playing with fire and he’s the one who’ll end up getting burned.
