You would think that after all the decades of controversy after Roe v Wade that the USSC would learn to keep its hands off of controversial social issues and let the people/states decide. But I doubt they will have that discipline.

No, we want the COURTS to keep their paws off the issue. We got screwed when the Supreme Court took up DOMA, but only one side was allowed as Obama’s “justice” dept refused to defend it and no one else was allowed to have “standing”.
