The U.S. government asked a federal judge Monday to lift a temporary hold on President Obama’s executive action to protect millions of immigrants from deportation, Fox News has confirmed.
Justice Department lawyers requested a “stay” to delay a federal judge’s decision to block Obama’s immigration order, which legally allows 5 million immigrants to stay in the countRy.

The 5th Circuit in New Orleans might better be described as "Constitutionalist" rather than "conservative," a point that I'm sure would be lost on someone working for the "Immigrant Legal Resource Center" who is no doubt totally unfamiliar with the traditions of this country.
Article says Hanen will rule on Wednesday, so look for his ruling at Midnight.
He's in no hurry along a process he so clearly found to have no merit.
Because at the glacial pace these things proceed, this case is unlikely to be decided while The Kenyan still occupies the White House unless it gets some sort of expedited treatment.
And Judge Hanen appears in no hurry. He already waited as long as possible to issue his stay.
The feds are not enforcing their own laws or even defending them.
Illegals, means illegal, therefore they broke a law and this fairy boy is trying to let them stay while they break laws.

That's right. And by the time the Supreme Court rules on this In June, amnesty could be a fait accompli and almost impossible to reverse. Ergo the big rush......
Here’s the way it’s going to go.
- Hanan denies Holder/Obama on Wednesday.
- Goes to 5th Circuit panel of 3. Obama/Holder hopes for 2 dingbat libs judges on panel to vote against Hanan.
If Obama gets lucky where their stay is granted, then Texas plus 25 states ask for an En Banc hearing that reinstates Hanan’s block.
If Holder/Obama loses in the 3 judge panel, they likely skip the en banc going straight to SCOTUS since the 5th Cicuit in New Orleans is seen as conservative, and the OBot losers don’t want to waste more time.
- Scalia overseas 5th Circuit so denies stay.
- Obama/Holder are now free to seek out liberal sitting on the Supreme Court. They pick Ginsberg or another bad liberal.
- Ginsberg grants stay. Before this hopefully much time is wasted running out the clock on the Obama Administration.
- Case likely gets kicked back to the 5th Circuit of Appeals where the merits of the case are argued.
Obalal is doing exactly what he has said he would do...and he’s using legal means to sidestep congress and every other means to march forward with his intentions for this next election....he IS beholdoned to Democrats now and they are going to do whatever to win this next election....if they do...then there is no hope for this nation to be the America we have known it to be...and it may very well be that already.
We can already call this country mexi-america...they are!
Not only is he not enforcing the law, he is encouraging and aiding people (illegal aliens, many of whom have criminal records and/or are gang members, and carrying disease) to defy the law. If this isn’t impeachable, I don’t know what is.

This is about giving them legal status. It is about issuing work authorization cards, tax payer IDs, U.S. travel documents and travel permission (advance parole). -- all completely without any basis in law.
This is about a coup.

To somehow let the toothpaste out of the tube so it can’t be undone. If they can get those fraudulent work permits into people’s hands and businesses start hiring the dreamers, it will be harder to undo. They are already spending money hiring new employees in the hope that their lawbreaking will be rewarded. That is fee money for which the fees have not been collected, so it is coming straight out of your pocket and mine illegally.

Yup, that is exactly the intent - mess things up to a degree that it can’t be undone, much like Obamacare.
