Did the kids agree that they had been forced to drink chlorine bleach?

Also, if that is what DHS claimed, then they should have filed a charge of child abuse and thrown the parents in jail. Did they?

The government even advises adding more when there has been a water contamination.
Sounds like more dihydrogen monoxide stupidity.
