Open border activist Rep. Luis Guitierrez is calling Republicans racist and xenophobic for opposing illegal immigration. He's also attacking U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanan for issuing an injunction against President Obama's executive action on illegal immigration.
"It is mean and xenophobic," Guiterrez said during an interview on The Kelly File Wednesday. "I believe that this judge is going to get an atta' boy when he goes back to his country club, what a great job."

The key part of the interview is when Guitierrez refuses to address the question about President Obama saying repeatedly for years that he didn't have the authority to change immigration law via executive order.
If I’m a racist xenophobic then Loo-WEESE is a wetback taco....
ESAD Luis.
You’re seditious. You put ethnicity above the rule of law. You should be expelled from Congress.
My bad....then I guess he’s not all-in and down for the count on Mexican/SA invaders into this country then?
It isn’t fair for him to keep throwing down the race card to *Republicans*. Many of them want “comprehensive immigration reform” (AMNESTY) as much he does and Obama and the Democrats do.
But the winner point here is the query to Luis, why did Obama say—repeatedly—that he simply wasn’t empowered to do many of the things he would like to see happen—and he is a (clearing throat) con law scholar, right?
But then after being unable to accomplish these things the old-fashioned, constitutional, lawful way, and then recently having had his skinny a** handed to him by the electorate, he decides he is, after all, “It’s good to be King” Henry VIII incarnate.
Oh, he is. I just can’t figure out why, since he is a citizen like all Puerto Ricans.
The only thing that makes sense is that he sees them as his ticket to one-party rule.
Guitierrez and people like him prove that in order to save this country, we may need a period of RWOL, in order to take out the garbage.
It is like when there is a huge highway accident, with toxic chemicals spilled all over the place, you just have to shut down the highway in order to clean up the mess before life can resume again.
Rep. Luis Guitierrez... the Al Sharpton of Congress.
Vete a carajo, come meirdo.
Guiterrez is just another slimy insidious race baiter whose IQ combined with like-minded baiters such as sharpton, jackson, holder, oblowme, (none worth capitals) etc are still in the double digits.
They only know one thing and that is hate and how to capitalize on it.
The republican party is the party AGAINST racism. They were in the Civil War and during the Civil Rights Era in the 1960’s.
Democrats are hurting African Americans and honest Latinos who are here legally much more that they are hurting white people.
We have a DUTY to keep illegal invaders out of our country. Most countries act in this fashion. It's been this way since the beginning of time.
Guitierrez need to take remedial kindergarten class on History and the definition of racism.
Says the racist xenophobe.*
The extreme racists in La Raza don't even try to hide their KKK-like ways.
They call themselves “The Race”!!!
Isn’t it racist to only have mostly Latinos only benefiting when the whole world wants in?
How about 60% Euro and Canadians, 15% Asians, 8% Africans and maybe 7% Latino?
J*d*te, señor Gutierrez! (F*ck you, Mr Gutierrez)
Latino Supremacist that is in the news daily pushing for Brown skinned people. His concern for Chinese, African, Indian, or Eastern European children that live in conditions far worse than his Brown skinned brethren is nonexistent. He is basically a Latin Hitler Politically.
Hey Luis, exactly which race are Hispanics?
I’ll wait.
Good one. When the Nixon administration first started using the term (in the census?) it was considered racist.
Slap this whiny, racist Communist bitch.
