Greg Abbott was our State Attorney General and he filed this suit against Obama shortly after Obama usurped the constitution and gave amnesty to about 5 million illegals. Abbott did something, he didn't sit on his butt in his wheelchair and do nothing. Actually, he did keep sitting in his wheelchair because he can't walk but that didn't stop him from writing and filing that suit.
Abbott used to say he went to his Attorney General office every day and filed suit against the federal government, then he went home and filed another one the next day. I believe he has sued the government over fifty times and most of those he won. And, he used Ted Cruz whom he had hired, to be the one to go before the Supreme Court and win those cases.
Abbott and Cruz, they ACT.
They also maintain the mental posture to FIGHT BACK, in their hearts and minds, which is the necessary precursor to any effective action in the real world.
