Makes perfect sense. The second life sentence is in case he outlives the first. /s
If the goal is to prevent the murders of sex offenders, they should not be put among those with life sentences.
The usual ghouls have come out of the woodwork. I.e., the FReepers who salivate over prison rape and murder.
Exactly. And it is estimated that 90% or more of male homosexuals were molested by adult homos, and yet, this fact is rarely cause for concern. Nambla.org is a male queer organization devoted to molesting little boys. Where ie the outrage but hidden in the name of the gay closet?
Prisoners administering the justice that the state refuses to administer.
We are setting up the government have a “problem disposal system” that would be used against anyone questioning government policy.
The public tacitly approves of this horror, without much evidence. They have been taught to salivate at the words Sexual abuse, and sexual predator without knowing what they mean? Or who the accuser is. Or who is making their resume on these prosecutions.
Like the Soviet Union we use often un-provable, easily planted evidence to ruin people and then allow them to be killed by inmates.
Tell me how much different this is from any totalitarian prison camp??
I fail to see the problem. Of course, I never have been very good at reading comprehension.
I am with you. I worked too many years for the CA Dept of Public Health and traced the diseases vectors by adult homosexuals, many to young boys. To my knowledge, few of these child rapists were ever prosecuted.
Some murders bother me more than others. I do feel that the rule of law is generally a good thing. If the sentence is twenty years and state negligence lets that sentence become death at the hands of a felon, the law has not been served. I have no reason to believe the legal system is any more infallible than the legislature or the executive branch. It is clear innocent people, some, are in prison. If the state puts you there, the state has a duty to protect you there.
The state is obligated to keep ALL prisoners safe...just house all these pieces of trash together and let them live out their worthless lives in misery...
Finally, some good news out of California.
The state is obligated to keep ALL prisoners safe...just house all these pieces of trash together and let them live out their worthless lives in misery...
I’ve discovered several registered sex offenders at work by reviewing mugshots that are freely available on the internet. I have notified HR that they are putting the company at great risk of lawsuits from the women who have to work with these pervs.
The bottom line is that society *will* rid itself of such offenders. It doesn’t matter if they are killed by family members of their victims, or by the police, or prison guards, or even prison inmates.
The reason for this is that they have violated the “social sanction”. This is the unwritten law beneath the written law that exists in all societies, if varying considerably in its particulars. Importantly, *every* member of society, more or less, is supposed to *enforce* the social sanction. Not just the police or courts or government.
In this case, there is effectively a death penalty for some classes of sexual offender. And anyone can carry it out.
Though doing so may result in punishment, society will not condemn an executor of the sanction. That is, no one will curse this prisoner for killing that sex offender. Even the other prisoners.
So, does that mean there’s now vacancies for Clinton and Epstein?
I don’t care about them. But I think it’s interesting. You almost never hear about murders in prison. I could read how they whack each other all day long.
You put a sexual deviant in a cell with a murderer for one reason and only one reason. Looks like it worked out just fine for California and their tax payers.
That’s the way justice is supposed to work. The majority of these scumbags are unrepentant cowards who will prey on defenseless children as soon as they leave prison. This inmate made sure he didn’t claim another victim.
Oh, they failed to mention that? I know, Alan Ager is the Victim here.
BS, good riddance into Hell!
I guess the lesson here is if you don’t want to be murdered in prison don’t be a child molester.
Finally, a good news story. It gets so tiresome hearing nothing but awful news every day.
