I noticed that myself. It's not major news because despite all of the Obama hysterical talk the government was fighting to keep this report secret. The court ordered it produced to the FOIA plaintiffs.
Now, whether the MSM picks up the reporting from an obscure legal blog, RT, Press TV and runs with it ahead of Netanyahu's speech is another matter. It might be too early to spring this since its 14 days to the speech. 2 weeks from now in a 24 hour news cycle probably would extinguish this story by then.
But that won't stop some from speculating that Obama ordered the DOD legal team to capitulate and/or ordered the Judge to rule in favor of the plaintiffs, get the report released, coordinate with the MSM to mainstream the issue at the appropriate time to embarrass Netanyahu and attempt to throw a wrench in the upcoming Israeli elections.
Or one can adopt the, "media is run by Jews" mentality and they are spiking the story. Basically it's pick your conspiracy.
