LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two days after NBC announced the six-month suspension of Brian Williams, questions have emerged over at least one other statement made by Williams when he was in the Southland.

I can’t come down too hard on Williams for the confusion he is once again experiencing over historical events.

He has clearly confused to fall of the Brandenburger Gate in Berlin in 1999 with the time he remembered the c-beams glitter in the dark near the ‘Tannhäuser Gate’.

Easy enough to be confused about the two.

This confusion is the result of the angst that every Progressive feels from birth that their moments with the class struggle and making a difference will, in time, be lost like tears in the rain.

Williams is taking heat now but he knows that in the United States of Entertainment people have very short memories and don’t really care that much about things like truth and integrity. During his hiatus Williams will find a way to rehabilitate his image. Liberals need him and they will assist with his return to the industry, albeit probably not in the anchor role. They owe him for his “service”.
