FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – For the past five weeks, FOX 2 has worked with St. Louis County police to show surveillance footage of hundreds of criminals looting businesses in the Ferguson aftermath.
The goal is to identify these looters, but these videos also provide a unique opportunity for law enforcement and criminologists to take a closer look at their behavior.
On August 10th, the day after Michael Brown was shot; several people broke through the security gate outside prime sole shoe store on West Florissant. Throughout the 14-minute surveillance video, people casually walk in, grab Jordans, then other Nikes, and walk out. It’s calm and organized.
Eighty-seven people took advantage of this business that night.

I think the actual lyrics were “rope, throw, and brand ‘em.”. Seems appropriate in this context too.
Let’s analyze the behavior of the shoe store owner/manager instead. He/she is a person who gets up every morning and goes in and puts in a full day of work. Who cares about the thieves?
The majority on intergenerational welfare has been brought up on taking what isn’t theirs. No need for a deep study of the problem; except for yet another rip-off of the public to fund a study of the obvious.

Back then buying something on layaway was common. Liberals said that white inner-city merchants overcharged blacks and the overcharges can be considered layaway payments.
So the people were simply picking up the merchandise they paid for over the prior weeks and months.
Meantime demands for law and order ("law'n order") were racist, liberals said. So that explains that too.

The hundreds of looters were a combination of local criminals doing what criminals do; and out-of-town criminals, bussed in to the area by race-hustling criminals to do what criminals do.
THAT is all any SANE person needs to "understand" about them.
