A panel of 10 women and two men was selected Monday evening for the trial of Eddie Ray Routh. The former Marine is charged with capital murder in the deaths of 38-year-old Chris Kyle and Kyle's friend, 35-year-old Chad Littlefield.

I hope the issue of Routh’s conversion to islam is a prominent feature of the trial. Read an article that said he was never even near combat. His whole PTSD thing was bogus IMO. I think this is yet another example of islamic terrorism on american soil.
Just release him and let nature take its course.
If Routh never saw combat how can he have PTSD? And if he didn't have PTSD, what was his motive for killing Kyle and Littlefield? We'll probably NEVER know the REAL reason Kyle was murdered but it was probably for the same reason a helicopter with nearly 20 SEALs in it was downed in Afghanistan in Aug 2011. Kyle was Routh's main target. Littlefield was killed because he witnessed it.
If Routh was/is a muslime, the reason for killing Kyle is pretty easy to figure out. They couldn’t get him over there so they figured out a way to get him over here. I read an article where Walid Shoebat analyzed Routh’s appearance in photos and was very confident that Routh was a convert. I am familiar with things like the dark spot on the forehead from grinding the head on the ground in prayer and slippers with the heels pushed down. Shoebat called attention to the beard/no mustache look and explained it’s significance. That was a new one. IMO Routh is a convert. He could still have been ( & most likely was ) directed by others.

With 10 women on the jury I think its even money the jury won't be able to reach a verdict, or he'll flat be found not guilty.
But it’s 10 Stephenville, TX women. That makes a big difference. They likely aren’t sissy lib women.
Stephenville is home to Tarleton State Univ which is part of A&M. The women there are mostly country. They vote Republican. The entire county is rural. Don’t discount all women as libs. Betting you’ll be proved wrong.
Routh being a Muslim convert isn't enough for explaining why Kyle was 'helping' him at a firing range. Perhaps Routh was an operative for those wanting Kyle dead and the only way they could get Routh with Kyle AND ARMED was to use a PTSD LIE to get them together at a firing range..

So I guess that wasn’t one of the questions ... on appeal they’ll bring that up. Didn’t have a fair trial and all that ...and since he might be a mussie there’s that islamaphobia to bring up ....
The main hurdle will be for the prosecution to show his PSTD the hooey that it is. He’s already admitted to the police he knew what he did was wrong to that will be a big start to destroying that insanity claim.
Does anybody have any stats on the number of servicemen killed after returning from combat? My best recollection is that it seems way off the charts.

The "peers" bit is for the defendant - all-woman jury is a slap at women in an attempt to get the maternal instinct up for the sorry SOB that committed murder and to ignore the dead sons - would be neat if most were Moms of actual warrior men.
