It’s taking him a lifetime of struggle to earn the trust that others foolishly place in him?

Brian is so used to lying on his news shows about everything going on in the world, its no wonder hes lost touch with reality and can no longer tell the difference between whats real and whats fantasy.

Good. Hopefully another POS LIAR won’t start reading the news how they think it should be.

"In the midst of a career spent covering and consuming news, it has become painfully apparent to me that I am presently too much a part of the news, due to my actions. As Managing Editor of NBC Nightly News, I have decided to take myself off of my daily broadcast for the next several days, and Lester Holt has kindly agreed to sit in for me to allow us to adequately deal with this issue. Upon my return, I will continue my career-long effort to be worthy of the trust of those who place their trust in us." What's he planning on accomplishing over the next couple of days? Finding Nicole Brown Simpson's real killer?

The jokes are just too good, and plentiful. This will not go away and I believe he will have to leave. Besides, we need him to go over and defeat ISIS.

Dude’s been making millions of dollars a year, I’m sure his severance package is every bit as good as any CEO, and he probably gets full salary through the run of his contract. Some well-placed liberal will make a phone call and get him a no-show job until one of the other alphabet networks puts him on the air in a year or so. This won’t hurt him a bit.
To: bryan999
Whoops, he’s only going on vacation next week. Just go back to reading the teleprompter, Bri, you’re worthless when you go off script.

Look for Lyin’ Brian Williams to fade out after 4 days and never return to Nightly News.
To: bryan999
He says he looked down the tube of an RPG in 2007—then the Marine grabbed it from him and said, “What the F@#$?!?!”
To: bryan999
Somehow I have a feeling that Williams will be welcomed back after he tells them that he single-handedly killed Osama bin Laden
To: bryan999
This entire scenario is being orchestrated by NBC itself.
Williams is going to take a "time out" and then will be back as if nothing happened, much the same as Hillary.

They are discussing the contract.
Did he or did he not violate the contract by lying about his experiences as a reporter in the field.
If dismissed now, will he be paid for the remaining term of his contract
That is what is happening during the three or so days he will be off the air

I didn’t realize he is nearly 56; he can just declare “early retirement” and begin spending his savings and save on paying a lot of taxes from his “broadcasting”.

Dear NBC,
Please replace Brian Williams with Al Sharpton.
This would please our racist president.
