LAKE MARY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) - State Attorney Phil Archer announced Friday that his office will not file formal charges against George Zimmerman in connection with his arrest Jan. 9th for suspicion of aggravated assault in Lake Mary.
The office says it completed a review of the initial Lake Mary Police Department arrest report as well as additional written and oral statements submitted by the alleged victim after the arrest as part of the ongoing investigation.
"While it is clear that the officers had probable cause to arrest Mr. Zimmerman which was affirmed by the circuit court judge at initial appearances, the subsequent recantation by the victim of her initial statement along with new documents provided by the victim and her attorney precludes my office from proceeding further," Archer said.
The State Attorney's Office noted that the interview and documents provided by the victim were the result of a subpoena served on her requiring her appearance due to the fact that the victim refused to attend the first scheduled meeting with the office.

The other 50% of his troubles is that he is dumber than a stump and doesn't realize how big of a target he is and walks into situations where there are people willing to roll the dice on a big pay day.
Mr. Zimmerman, if you happen to be reading this:
1) Dump her.
2) Move to Arizona.
3) Change your name.
4) Figure out what you want to do as a reasonable career option (NB: criminal justice is *not* a reasonable option in your case). Engage in work in that option for the rest of your life.
5) Don’t volunteer for anything.
It is not the advice I would give most people, but in your case it is necessary: follow the above five steps, and the other necessary pieces for a better life should fall into place.

Zimmerman just can’t seem to keep his name out of the news.
Geo needs to put great distance between himself and this wack job female or he is going to end up in jail,permanently.
Also let me get this right,If a female is pulled over for a traffic vio all she has to do to divert attention from her illegal actions is to tell the cop,she has just left a domestic dispute and they go arrest someone on that complaint?

I love cases like this when I was an officer - the wasted time, money, and effort...all for nothing...then again - maybe nothing was what it was all along.... this guy needs to get a cabin out in the wilderness and escape from society for awhile...legally change his name - and move somewhere where he can blend in....
If the details in the story are correct then it was an extremely weak case against Zimmerman.
It’s hard to tell if this guy is overly aggressive, or if certain people are out to nail him on any charge.

“extremely weak” case as in NO CASE. The ONLY thing that George has ever been “guilty” of is being white and defending his life from a deadly (and being sucker punched, pinned to the ground and having your head repeatedly bashed into concrete can likely have deadly consequences) attack by a black YUTE. And THAT is an unpardonable “sin” to the insane, politically correct liberal elite in America.

Once again, Zimmerman is the one being punched (even by some Freepers), when the person involved in this incident admitted to LYING!
In the prior incident with his 1st girlfriend after his divorce, where she swore on 911 that he had a gun, was threatening her and her family with it, etc... Police never found a gun - in other words, she LIED!
But, to many, it is Zimmerman’s fault, he is an idiot, he is a trouble maker, he is a problem, etc...
Funny, I don’t recall him having all these run-ins with the law and anger issues until AFTER the American media, Holder, and Obama basically accused him of hunting down and murdering a cute, perceived prepubescent, African-American child!
Zimmerman may be the biggest, dumbest box of rocks on the planet - but in every single situation, for which he now finds notoriety, it has been based on lies and innuendo. Let’s give this dumba$$ a little break!
