Obola is going to Breitbart Ruth. Count on it.I think that is very unlikely. In fact, if the GOP has any gonads (I know, I know) Obama has had his last judge at any level confirmed by the Senate. I would extend that to any presidential appointments at any level.
Should Ginzburg retire or leave this vale of tears, that would result in a SCOTUS with four solid conservatives, three consistent liberals and one squish. Better than what we have now. No Obama appointee will move the court to the right.
