To: Brooklyn Attitude
Shooting one of these idiots would likely result in a charge of attempted murder so think twice before you go to jail over a car vandal. Even if you were not convicted the cost of a trial would be 100x more than the cost of a new hood.

This is the cause of so many of our problems. In Texas it is a defense to prosecution if lethal force was used to protect property at night. Even with that clearly written in law I still believe your statement is applicable. When did we as a society go so wrong as to persecute a man for killing those that need killing?

In Texas you might get away with such a shooting but it would be a hard sell just about anywhere else. Imagine being pulled before a jury for killing a “kid” for a non-violent property crime or “prank”? They would crucify you especially if it was a minority. Look at all the trouble over killing the attempted cop killer, thug and robber Mike Brown.
