How did this LIEberal Democrat Bozo get elected?

By beating the Republican incumbent by about 10 percentage points.

At least it wasn’t because the beer sucks.

Us Tampa natives love the stuff...

Coors is not beer. It is a beer-like substance. :P

Many moons ago I was a young lad living in NJ, (back when the drinking age was 18), the local liquor store owner had secured about ten cases of Coors when he traveled west of the Mississippi, Coors was not sold east of the Mississippi back then..

We had always heard about the Golden Nectar from Colorado, so I bought a six pack for like $3.99 of Coors when a six-pack of real beer was normally $.99

I almost bought it back demanding a refund because I thought it was water in a can...

Wolfie is bitterly partisan. If anyone thinks because he’s rich and has a beard, and drives a jeep, and was in the Peace Corps, that he’ll be a “different kind of governor,” they’re in for a shock.

When I ran for York City controller, against my better judgement, I went to see York’s two barons - Wolf and Appel. Appel wouldn’t support me because I was against a publicly financed baseball stadium. Wolfie told me flat out that he only supports Democrats.

My wife want’s me to pick up some beer for her today. I’ll be getting Yuengling.

How did this LIEberal Democrat Bozo get elected?

Two words: Jerry Sandusky.

That corrupt b*tch of an Attorney General (Kathleen Kane) did her level best to imply that Corbett played a role in covering up the Penn State/Sandusky scandal. And a lot of LIVs in this state bought it. The ridiculous gas tax increase (which GOPe RINOs want to take national) didn't help, either.

I like it for an everyday beer. Tried it in Nashville. Can’t get it in Texas.

Thanks to all for your responses. FRom your responses, and others on this thread, PA is in big trouble, I’d say.

Abner and VoC, have you been following developments in PA since the election? What say you?

For the record, Yuengling Lager is my favorite beer!

Not Yuengling, but if you’re ever in the Quad Cities, try Roller Dam Red (ale).

Couldn’t get Yuengling in Iowa; on a hot day at the ballpark, that stuff was amazing.

Speaking of the gas tax, remember the back-and-forth with the federal government when Corbett planned to toll I-80?

At least you're within driving distance of New Glarus.

Can't get Staghorn Oktoberfest or any other NG brews in PA.
