A video of car dealership employees in Westport getting into a heated argument with a local pizza delivery man over $7 has led to Internet anger and a personal apology.
The video, posted on Liveleak, begins with a delivery man returning $7 in cash to the dealership that he had thought was a tip. By the end of the video, one dealership worker threatens to “put my foot in your ass” and another says he will call the delivery man’s manager and get him fired.

That’s because they’re set up in a kind of guild socialism structure and you have to jump through all sorts of hoops to get or start one. It’s why Musk was getting so much grief over selling Teslas from kiosk stores IIRC.

Explain to the corporate guys that the tip is not included or make sure the receipt has a place to add a tip that is prominently noted. Or add 15% automatically on large and or corporate orders.
I do numerous large orders for my sales job. Many delivery guys make it impossible to tip by not accommodating a charged tip, not having enough change, or leaving it with the front desk.
My boss would be the one who would need to add "a place" on our copy of the receipt. He not likely to change the program which prints them.
Adding any thing automatically around here would mean no deliveries. My boss wants business so he'd not do that NYC scam.
I always carry enough change, unless you're one of those, "The smallest bill I have is a hundred" show offs.
On a totally unrelated matter. Yes, I'm packing. I won't be the victim like those chain store delivery guys.
Bottom line is I still enjoy my job. I'll continue as long as that's true.

Pizza guy did well, showed great restraint throughout.
Thing is, even as he tried to leave, they called him back in to heap even MORE abuse on him, circling him like hyenas. Unbelievable.
This is so over-the-top it’s like a set-up, “How not to do business”.
I did that when I was a youth. I just wrote in "15%" on the tip line.
I got fired.
Yeah, they did try to pull him back in for more abuse. I hope they’re all enjoying the lines at the unemployment office soon.
...and that may not be enough to save his business.

The white dude on the left says to the kid, "I got audio & video", threatening to send to the pizza place.
After the kid leaves the Black dude on the right is all about calling the pizza place and getting the kid fired.
The morons posted it, trying to get the kid fired.
They actually thought they were in the right & the kid stole their change.
Made my day.
