Explain to the corporate guys that the tip is not included or make sure the receipt has a place to add a tip that is prominently noted. Or add 15% automatically on large and or corporate orders.
I do numerous large orders for my sales job. Many delivery guys make it impossible to tip by not accommodating a charged tip, not having enough change, or leaving it with the front desk.

I never see "the corporate guys." One of the lower level people receives deliveries.

My boss would be the one who would need to add "a place" on our copy of the receipt. He not likely to change the program which prints them.

Adding any thing automatically around here would mean no deliveries. My boss wants business so he'd not do that NYC scam.

I always carry enough change, unless you're one of those, "The smallest bill I have is a hundred" show offs.

On a totally unrelated matter. Yes, I'm packing. I won't be the victim like those chain store delivery guys.

Bottom line is I still enjoy my job. I'll continue as long as that's true.

I did that when I was a youth. I just wrote in "15%" on the tip line.

I got fired.
