Attorney General Eric Holder said the United States is at war with terrorists who pervert the Muslim faith in order to justify violence.
Asked on ABC's "This Week" if the U.S. is at war with "radical Islam," Holder said the country is at war "with those who would commit terrorist attacks and who would corrupt the Islamic faith to try to justify their terrorist actions." "That's who we are at war with," Holder said. "We are determined to take the fight to them to prevent them from engaging in these kinds of activities."
The exchange with "This Week" host George Stephanopoulos came in response to a comment from French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, who said Saturday that his country is at war with radical Islam.
Holder gave the interview from Paris, where he is marching alongside other world leaders in solidarity with the French. Officials are also set to hold high-level intelligence talks.
On CNNs State of the Union, Holder said Sunday that the United States is at risk of facing attacks similar to the ones that struck Paris last week, killing 17 people.
If only the majority of Americans saw it this way, and it was his actual focus. Instead, Holder is saying it to keep the sleeping American public at bay, so that the 300 million violent Muslims can continue to murder and rape at will. We live in interesting times.
Holder overlooks the obvious.
“So our policy is to purify the Muslim religion....”
Like the quote I saw the other day something like, extremists muslims cut off heads and blow themselves up, moderate muslims cheer them on. Eventually there will be a conflict that will make WW2 look like a walk in the park.
Great! Thanks. We needed that.
when Holder comes out openly as Muslim, I might listen
winner
“Holder was dispatched to France by Obama to protect Islam.”
Appears that way.

WHITE HOUSE PLANS CONFERENCE ON COUNTERING VIOLENT EXTREMISM
Breitbart/AP ^ | 1/11/2015 | staff
The White House plans a conference next month on efforts to counter violent extremism in light of this past weeks shootings in France, and earlier attacks in Canada and Australia.
The meeting will highlight domestic and international efforts to prevent extremists and their supporters from radicalizing, recruiting and inspiring others in the United States and elsewhere to carry out violent acts.
One report said Holder did NOT march with the other leaders...
I don’t recall the Congress declaring war.
I had no idea Holder was a religious scholar or cleric. Maybe he got some expert help from his many friends who are guests in his justice system.
But seriously, is it really our business to figure out who or what corrupts a religion? Isn’t that up to the believers of the religion themselves? If the west just decides that the entire religion is evil, I believe that the Muslims would sort this out amongst themselves fairly quickly.
Been watching live feed from BBC - -several shots of the leaders - No Holder seen.
I guess it has been corrupted for 1400+ years, as this is how Muslims have acted going back to Mohammed’s caravan raiding days.
Since when is following a religion as written corrupting the religion.
The so-called Muslims who collaborate with us Infidels; and who want to modernize Islam are corrupting it.
The fundamentalists know this, and that is why they will kill them along with us Infidels. -Tom

Holder, top US official in Paris for terror talks, not seen at unity march
Fox News ^ | January 11, 2015
It did seem as if he was shifting the problem to a lack of adequate spying on people instead to where it should be, on stopping nutcases from taking over parts of formerly civilized countries. One thing that struck me is how much the problem revolves around destabilized areas in Syria, where the US is still looking for friendly radicals to arm.
Nope..will never happen!..He has a “race card”
The title begs the question; when are the Muslims going
to declare war on terrorists who corrupt Islam?
