Romney or Bush: Who would you prefer if you had to choose for 2016 nomination? And Why?
Posted on 01/10/2015 7:43:45 AM PST by inchworm
I'd take Romney. He seems more like he is learning, understanding, and trying to be more conservative as the years go on. Bush on the other hand is floating ideas that seem far less conservative to me as the years go on.
However, CRUZ IS MY TOP CHOICE!!! Go CRUZ!

Between those two, Romney. I don’t like the taste of dynasty and Mitt is clearly the more competent.
But Walker is my first choice.

Romney because Bush is a backstabber on immigration like McCain. My man now is Walker. Absolutely no way another Bush.

If one of those two is the nominee, I’ll be voting for either the Constitution or Libertarian Party candidate irrespective of the trashing I would receive around here...although I suspect it will be less vitriolic than it would have been in previous cycles.

The posing of such false choices is exactly what the GOP establishment wants.
Why do it?

And by the way, you’re delusional. Romney is the exact same leftist liar he’s always been.

Don’t we want Romney in now because he’d siphon off votes and money from Jeb in the primaries, thus denying the GOPe one of the two guys they want?
Or does Romney entering guarantee Romney gets the nod?
To: inchworm
Romney showed us he knew how to lose. Bush will lose even worse
