City College of San Francisco —it is literally ACROSS THE STREET from Housing projects and even with a California Board of Governor WAIVER classes are FREE. You must pay NOTHING back.
Yet how many black kids take the classes being shoved in their faces..?
VERY, very few.
If he thinks this will get more young black men into education, well, incredibly, this won’t work.

If he thinks this will get more young black men into education, well, incredibly, this wont work. I suppose you're new here on the planet, so let me explain how this will work:
- $34 billion will be spent on the initiative.
- A shockingly high percentage of black males will remain uneducated.
- The "education gap" will become a point of bitter outrage.
- The raciss® microagression of Community College educators will become a scandal.
- Several brunches of upscale Manhattan-ites will be spoiled by the Socialist Workers Party and their white female twenty-something enablers.
- Affirmative College programs will be initiated, in which "persons of color" and LGBTQQGQ students will be permitted to receive college credits for 400 years of whiteheteropatriarchy oppression.
- The Chinese, and other people who work hard overseas will continue to clean our clocks.
- A new Prosperous Era, created by the minting of trillions [perhaps quadrillions, by then] of more dollars will be ushered in.
- The First GayLesbianBisexualTransgenderedQuestioningQueerGenderQueer-Black-Latino-Hermaphrodite President will announce that too many are being left behind in The New Prosperity.
- Return to step one. Multiply all costs and all failures by a factor of 10, and repeat.

They first have to get out of High School. I read today that first year college students were reading at a 7th grade level. We can look forward to college graduates reading at a 9th grade level... But they will still be working at Burger King
