I’ve been reading all the posts on this. Nobody has mentioned that maybe Harry was the one who picked a fight with someone.

I think I saw that some sort of band on the piece of exercise equipment broke, hit him in the face, and then he fell fracturing ribs on part of the equipment. I’m getting a visual of the Mr. Burns character on the Simpsons trying to exercise...
Also, when elderly and falling, that is not unusual damage. My mom fell recently and hit her face on the concrete. I almost keeled over when I saw her a few days later. She looked as though someone had beaten her in the face.
