That could simply mean that theyve been around longer, not that theyre smarter. After all humans today are no smarter than they were 50,000 years ago. Weve just acquired more knowledge and technology. Ummmm, humans are dumber than they were 50,000 years ago. Brain size has shrunk measurably since then.
Pretty normal, really. All domestic animals are dumber than their wild counterparts.
They can afford to be.

To you or me, there is a time problem. To 'them' that problem does not exist because somehow they are able to isolate the craft and contents from the spacetime you and I sense. You have assumed your conclusion in order to ask other questions (de-calcification is a temporally dependent problem, and gamma radiation happens inside the spacetime of our sensing). And you assume there is peace between two or more races coming to this planet thus there would be no conflicting notions/agendas. Try to imagine a race of intelligent beings who have no spirit in their mortal soul. Such beings can advance technologically without advancing spiritually. If humans have a spirit in their human soul, that would make our species very interesting to all other species of technologically advanced beings not having such a dimensional variability.
Take a look at Dolan's ten FOIA documents that prove the military was very concerned about UFOs and non-terrestrial violators of restricted air space, starting in the 1940s. Richard Dolan's history of UFOs is the best place to start when trying to understand this phenomenon. Of course, too many have chosen to be ignorant on what has been happening, to soothe the normalcy bias, thus they can just insult anyone who has done more digging.

“I assume he never found out the truth, or did he maybe.”
That’s an interesting question. Certainly wouldn’t want the current occupant to have unfettered access to all our nation’s secrets.
BTW, welcome!

the two things President Clinton back then wanted to know when he took office was who killed JFK and what was the truth behind Roswell, I assume he never found out the truth, or did he maybe. Maybe.
Too terrible for even a rake like cliton to blab?

In essence, at least one of those races is inherently incapable of love, and all that such entails. Cold, dark, indifference.

I’m 59 years old and never saw what I would feel absolutely certain was a UFO and never believed in them at all. Then in the last 5 years I’ve seen 2 events that I cannot dismiss as anything but.

Why is it that virtually EVERYBODY thinks that if there are Space Aliens, ETs or some kind of Space Travelers, they would have some superior intelligence relative to us ? Because if they exists they got here... and we didn't get there...

Because they know that the only means we have of communicating with them is via Babble Fish translations......

...they would have some superior intelligence relative to us? It is intuitively obvious to even the most casual observer that humans are pretty stupid. Just look at current events or our history.
Besides, we think it is impossible to travel interstellar distances. Yet, here they are! They must know or understand something that we think is impossible.

Scully were right, The Truth Is Out There, man! You forgot the Newton/Liberace Phenomenon, which turned an entire generation of little old ladies' hair blue and/or pink.
Until you can account for that, you have not solved the Unified Conspiracy Theory.
