What the heck is that?

According to the caption accompanying the photo somebody threw a paperback book of some kind at Chuckles during a campaign stop in Philly.

One would like to think it was a copy of the Constitution.

Probably not though, since the thrower was an Obama-Obsessed Lunatic

Well, he could resign and run for NY governor.

He'd be a shoo-in.

NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, a scumbag for the ages, resigned from office.

I guess the mayor missed the part about the meek and pure of heart.

He’s not tone deaf. He knows that his constituency hates police. The more police that disrespect him the more his constituency is going to support him.

What’s the saying we like? If your catching flak you’re over the target? That works for Libs as well. Each time that cops jeer him his street cred clicks up a notch.

They booed him? That’s racist because he has a black wife. Oh yes and homophobic too because she’s a lesbian.

Don't forget, he has a druggie daughter and a son who needs a haircut.

This mayor must be as thick as whale blubber. He doesn’t get that the police and their supporters don’t want him around.

“...they can be part of the solution.”

What he means is, they can be part of the revolution.

(Why doesn’t he move to Cuba?)

IMHO

Not even a "smidgeon" of conscience from the alleged mayor.

Nothing.

“NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, a scumbag for the ages, resigned from office.”

only because that was part of a deal to avoid prosecution.
that’s the only time they’ll resign, certainly not because it’s the honorable thing to do.

Nah. Youse guys don't get it. DeBlaBla doesn't care what you think. He is pandering to the Liberals and the feral gibbsmedats, who right now are the shock troops of the Democrats.

The Liberals say, "Lose an election? No problem. We'll win it in the streets."

As someone remarked in the military, “You are either part of the problem, or you are part of the firing solution.”

In this case, de Blasio is asking the cops to be whipping boys and targets, without fighting back.

Governor Jim McGreevey of NJ, resigned prior to being sued by a male for sexual harassment.

Now an Episcopal pope of some kind.

That is my feeling as well. Maybe he thinks he’ll be seen as ‘the Victim’, and therefore the righteous one. I think he’s wrong. This animosity has been building for many months. Slight offense piled on top of the most recent slight offense, and the core of conflict has never been sincerely addressed. At least these Officer’s don’t think he is listening to their concerns. He needs a third and somewhat neutral party to mediate between them.

He has no intention of resigning. This Mayor thinks his presence in office trumps the officer’s concerns. I think de Blasio is looking for a way to FIRE EVERYBODY WHO DISAGREES with his stand on the issues. I suspect right now, he has somebody interviewing ‘replacement officers’. To do this, he is not beyond calling for assistance from the National Guard.

I think deBlasio has been provoking these incidents of very public
insubordination to support his upcoming ultimatum that the officers need to shut up and submit to the wishes of their Mayor. That’s the way many progressives think, as a manner of entitlement.
