It would have been more appropriate for police to moon the Marxist.

They should have arrested him for incitement to riot and murder.

He should consider himself lucky that all he saw was their backs.

DeBlasio is the filthiest of swine.

That is, the mayor can see me fired, so I’d better support him...

DeBlowjobio telling the Trayvons they were the good guys and the cops were the bad guys was even more "inappropriate."

Whatever Bratton’s price, it has been met. He is now owned property.

Outstanding! May I suggest a variant practiced in my youth? The "Happy Dog?"

America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

The officers should not have let De Blassio into the funeral. He was inappropriate.

I can hardly think of anything more appropriate in that circumstance.

Bratton should resign in disgrace.

He is nothing more than a stooge for De Blassio.

DeBlowbio made a video appearance. Probably thinking that if he was there in person he would be shot from a hundred different directions as soon as he showed his face.

Well, maybe the Police Commissioner could comment on the inappropriateness of the then-candidate-for-Mayor using trashing the NYPD as a foil/scapegoat to help him win the Democrat nomination.

THEN comment on the inappropriateness of the Mayor endorsing the anti-cop protests (or at least the basis underlying the protests) by telling the public that he'd had to talk to his son about how to avoid being injured/killed by racist cops.

Bratton is not street cop anymore. Senior positions on the force are political ones only.

From the article:

He attributed much of the dispute between City Hall and cops to issues “far beyond race relations in this city,” including unresolved labor contracts.

“We’re the tip of the iceberg at the moment. This is about the continuing poverty rates, the continuing growing disparity between the wealthy and the poor. It’s still about unemployment issues,” Bratton said. “There are so many national issues that have to be addressed that it isn’t just policing.”

No, Bratten. This is about De Blasio and you. This is about throwing NYPD under the bus. Morphing this into a social issue ain’t gonna work (that is southern for will not work). Trying to make the mayor’s issues a national issue is lame regardless of what the almighty rev al tells you.

And while I do not doubt there are many unresolved labor issues, the sea of backs was about 2 murdered officers of the NYPD and a mayor who never had their backs.
