At least Walter used to be a welder. I don’t think Biden’s ever done a useful thing in his life other than serve as a bad example.
I’ve heard Biden speak at several funerals/memorials (not in person of course). His remarks have always been appropriate and respectful. Although at his other appearances he often shows himself as a buffoon, at these solemn occasions he respects the moment.
In all of his appearances, Obama always presents himself as being above all others, arrogant and his remarks always go back to him. Given the circumstances, Biden’s presence was more appropriate than had Obama been there.

Biden is a show of force for DiBlasio. It's his way of saying to the NYPD, "you don't want to f--k with me".

I’m pretty sure they didn’t have to do anything they didn’t want to. A funeral is a very personal matter, except perhaps for heads of state.
Biden is an anti-American marxist just as is his muzzie master.
Cops doing their job honestly and serving the public need to be respected and honored.
However cops that are crooked need to be made into examples and sent to prison for decades.
Who paid for cops and families to come to NYC to pay their respects? If taxpayers I do not agree. We don’t see this for members of military that serve us.
The bureaucracy (cops, IRS, etc) must always be under the thumb of politicians (left or right?) that we the public elect. If they can side step our politicians we are in big trouble. Politicians that can not discipline cops or other bureaucrats means the huddled masses are in trouble.
Cops need always to be responsive to the public. When politicians allow them to control the public it is not a good omen.
Where is the damned PRESIDENT ??????
