Speaking of why the Obama-Holder demagogues, the race-grievance industry, and some MSM employees claim blacks are picked on by LEO.. here's a clue. The FBI National Incident-based Reporting System (NIBRS) shows that considering their minority status some of them commit a large amount of crime.

The last four columns of the Offender table are mine I wanted to illustrate the surplus of black offenders compared to black victims. Notice also that there are a surplus of white victims compared to white offenders. Strange?
