It's long past time where a place like NYC should have stopped allowing people to live on the taxpayers' dime, waiting for the buffalo herds to return.
That will take a miracle. Giuliani had NYC to the lowest crime rate ever, and the city was the best under the NYPD it had ever been when he left the office of Mayor. SAD now.
Note to self: Remain out of feral-infected cities.

Out in the suburbs so they can spread the crime? Next door to you?
There is a reason we put the Indians on the reservation and paid them to stay. There is a reason we have projects.
By now, the majority who can leave have left. The rest and in the third or fourth generation of welfare dependency, and will never be able to support themselves.
There is only one project in my town. Every time I have to ride by that sewer I wish there were bulldozers there leveling that place.
Then I thank the Lord I don’t have to live anywhere near it.
