I’m guessing the black fraction of students will increase beyond the present 77%, and that blacks will soon comprise the majority of the voting age population.
Give it two or three years, problems solved, no lawsuits required.

Is there some reason why the 25% white population can vote and get a majority, but the 75% can’t? Is there something the HuffPoo isn’t saying?

2010 census for Ferguson, nearly 85% white and just over 10% black. If those who choose to seek racial “balance” in voting, they already have it. Using the student population’s racial makeup is misleading (shocking, I know).
