Several more women who claim to have been sexually assaulted by comedy legend Bill Cosby have come forward sparking a definitive open investigation by Los Angeles Police Department, a lawyer for one of the victims has told Daily Mail online.
The new victims claim to have been subjected to sex attacks by Cosby but have asked to remain anonymous.
Significantly, in another blow for the star, it is believed a number of the latest raft of allegations fall within the statute of limitations meaning he can be prosecuted if enough evidence is found.

One word.
Bunk
The ONLY thing that matters here is whether or not he is guilty. If he is guilty, of such vicious and selfish behavior, then he should pay the price - irrespective of who he is, what ethnic or racial group he belongs to, or who he sides with politically. No matter how you do it, having sex with someone non-consensually is disgusting and immoral, and it stains the victim’s life forever. I could care less what Cosby’s political affiliations are, or whether or not Eric Holder or anyone else is on his side or against him - or using him as a political chess piece. It’s very fundamental. Guilty, or not guilty. This is something for a jury to decide.
Trial by Dr. Phil is no way to run a society.
naw, just give the cops some pudding pops...
How do you vet them?
Rolling Stone did a terrible job ... But how do you vet without weeding people out?
Really? He's pretty white for a black. How does he feel about really black blacks?
So, there were no white toes licked?
I dunno ... Ask Herman Cain! :)
Not only were those women never "vetted," to my knowledge, the second Cain was out of the race, they seem to have just dropped off the face of the earth.
In this "Dr. Phil" culture, someone can level a charge against someone, get a ton of press, and then even if found to be lying, just shrug and move on, leaving a lot of destruction in their wake.
The courts, where discovery allows plenty of "vetting" and there are actual rules, are where these cases should be decided, not press conferences and tabloid TV.
I was thinking of putting Bill Clinton in Cosby,s place. Anita Broderick and others are the victims.
Now, Camille wants us to vet these women. Hillary vetted Bill’s women by “nuts and sluts”.
I think Camille is wrong.
The Cain experience is why such things should be taken with a 10 lb. bag of kosher salt.
Where did these ladies GO, anyhow? Having accused him of dirtiness in front of the country, they just waltz off and do nothing more?
The allegations so far appear to indicate a person who gets a thrill out of exercising abusive power and control over defenseless victims. If so, it is only a matter of time before the serial rapist will feel compelled to dominate a defenseless victim again and commit another rape. It would be unfortunate for the rapist, however, if the young woman turned out to be an undercover police officer investigating the rape cases.
I wondered if the Cos has hired the Clinton’s old private detective squad, Palladino & Sutherland?
I don't think he got the memo about being white.
Doesn’t one have the right to know who their accusers are?
Remember, they do have he right to free speech, unless the free speech is used to falsely and unlawfully defame Bill Cosby. If so, then Bill Cosby is also free to sue these women for defamation. If Bill Cosby is innocent of the allegations, the women will be unable to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that their allegations defaming Bill Cosby is protected free speech. On the other hand, if Bill Cosby is guilty of one or more of the allegations of drugging and rape, his suing the women would deprive him of critical protections afforded to him by the expiration of the statute of limitations for most of the cases of alleged rape.
Yes, the women do have the right to say what they please so long as it is truthful, just as Bill Cosby has the right to remain silent whether or not he is guilty of committing the rapes.
If your going to court. Not during an investigation
Yes. Once a case is filed, all parties are revealed.
The new women do not want their names in the news now. The court may or may not grant immunity in that case.
Amen.
What's his real name?
Heck if I know.
Bill White?
