LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles prosecutors on Tuesday declined to file any charges against Bill Cosby after a woman recently claimed the comedian molested her around 1974.
The rejection of a child sexual abuse charge by prosecutors came roughly 10 days after the woman, Judy Huth, met with Los Angeles police detectives for 90 minutes.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office rejected filing a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18 because the statute of limitations had passed.

I have said from the get go that Cosby aint an innocent, how could he be if he was a Playboy insider?

They were there willingly.
32 year old with a 15 year old? yeah that’s creepy, but in 74 it was not so taboo, and excuse me, but my parents taught me not to be alone in dark places when I was 5.
The ‘dismissed’ had nothing to do with court, but dismissed by other celebrities....and authorities, who admired him. Much like your misplaced loyalty to a child rapist, because you like his comedy?? I like some of it, but I can sure separate any humor, from his more sadistic and perverted actions.

It only matters if they went to the police the day of the incident. They waited, had no evidence so now all they’re doing is gossiping.
Any woman can read the newspaper and create a claim based on what another woman said.
I do not have a mob mentality, I have a law mentality...what is right is right, and what is evil is evil. And I’m beginning to wonder about your life...why such a desire to protect someone that more than 50 people has said was a serial rapist, even his male friends.
It mattered enough that Cosby didn’t want that case going to court, and he leaves her out of his denials.
The law just said there is no case.
It’s not that there isn’t a case, it is just not able to be presented due to the statute of limitations having passed already. Of course, homicide has no statute of limitation.
Don’t worry, God has a ‘just dessert’ for this man, in the hereafter....or maybe here...who knows.

No, a man who is accused of drugging and raping a woman and then has 13 more Jane Doe women come forward to testify for her, that he is indeed a serial rapist over many years and in various cities and states, and who will testify to his preferring that particular method of drugging/raping, do not settle those claims all the time.
I smell BS.
I smell a lot of "victims" in their 60s who are running short of cash and trying to make some green out of their salad days hanging out at the Playboy Mansion.
Like much of America, they were probably all about "sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll" back there in the '70s.
I'm not saying there might not be some truth to their stories, but it's pretty obvious they're fearful that Mr. Cosby's advancing age may give them precious little time to squeeze some dollars out of him.
And, as someone upthread said, when Gloria Allred gets involved, the "issue" has jumped any number of sharks.
I think they are using Cosbys age to get him on the ropes.

Did Drew Barrymore ever step up to say who (adult?) gave her drugs at Hollywood parties for adults when she was 13? Did she ever step up to say if there was any sex involved?
