If Obama gets all his “Judges” this sort of decision will become as scarce as hen’s teeth.

I just don’t see the GOP suddenly getting the political fortitude it needs to seriously challenge Obama. To the contrary, the party is by and large sympathetic to Obama on the immigration issue. If they were serious, by now they should have formulated a well defined strategy on how to prevent Obama from violating his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the laws of this country. Instead he is arrogantly bypassing congress and directly contravening duly passed laws.

Several weeks have passed since his unilateral amnesty “decree” yet we still hear no concrete plans of action, or even a commitment, from the GOP to halt his outrageous lawlessness.

The Republicans are simply not fighters; they are capitulators. Its what they do; its who they are. Its deeply imbedded in the party’s DNA.

Quite frankly, I’m tired of their empty talk and distractions. Only action and results matter.

I will wait for the new Congress as right now an Impeachment vote would not get 60 in the Senate after passing the House where it has to START.

Good one.
Hey immi groups in Houston are hearing the traitors may pull this one out in DC when they reconvene on immigration. Obviously, this bargaining chip is in exchange (extortion) for stopping Obama’s FAKE EO.
It’s a Newt special:

t looks like it was Gingrich’s plan in 2011

The Red Card Solution is a guest worker program proposal developed by the Krieble Foundation for the United States. The Krieble Foundation is led by the pro-free market Helen Krieble. This is an excellent example of a keyhole solution and an incremental, moderate step toward open borders.

Newt Gingrich, while running for the Republican nomination to the 2012 US Presidential election, endorsed this proposal.

Better to search on one significant word like this:

Unfortunately, I predict that a year from now, nobama’s unconstitutional run around the constitution will still be in place and be perhaps even worse.

Let’s hear it for those gallant, fighting, RAT-slaying Republicans. We give them both houses of Congress and what do they give us? Pussy-whipped nothingness.

Impeachment just isn’t going to happen. If you think through it, the process entails way too many negatives for Republicans. They clearly don’t want to go there.

The “new Congress” intends to wait him out for the next two years. But again, this too is problematic for them. Obama’s worst actions may well come within that timeframe and the clueless Republicans won’t be ready for it — once again.

The Democrats are better at planning and executing on their political objectives than the Republicans are. I wish that was not the case but its just an incontrovertible fact.

The Republicans don’t play to win. Its as simple as that.
