This case will go all the way to the SCOTUS and it will come down to a 5-4 decision.
I’ve seen this movie played out before on other issues.

exactly. The legal conclusions here are very clear. I see no way anyone can rule any other way. The Pres is clearly not a law maker.

So what if he ignores the courts? Whose going to stop him? He has no regard for our laws, the constitution, or our checks and balances. And nobody seems willing to stop him.

But, since Obama is not governing UNDER the Constitution, this decision doesn’t affect anything!
