Now that Jeb Bushknown widely as Bush 45, or Bush cuarenta y cinco, or, simply, El Jefe Jebhas completed his two terms in the White House, we can look back and summarize some of the major events of his administration.
As we know, America has seen great change during the third Bush presidency, starting with its population, which has grown by some 30 percent these past eight years. Indeed, today, well more than 400 million people live in Americamost of them either citizens, or citizens-to-be. And while establishing Spanish as the Second Language of America has not been without controversy, such mandatory bilingualism is, as House Speaker Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has said, a fitting tribute to the historic trailblazing role of First Lady Columba Garnica Gallo Bush.
And so its worth pausing over some of the highlights of the Bush 45 era.
We can start, first, with the Milagro de 2016the Miracle of 2016. In particular, how did Jeb manage to overcome the accumulated Bush fatigue of the previous three-and-a-half decades? How did Jeb transcend the instinctive anti-dynastic impulses of the American people?
Part of his success was a deliberate indirection as to his intentions. For the better part of three years, from 2013 to 2015, Jeb seemed to go back and forth, zigging and zagging; that is, he would seem like a candidate one day, and then seem not like a candidate the next day. During that time, many other possible Republican candidates had their brief moment in the sun; yet none were able to gain momentum so long as Jeb was waiting in the wings...

He resembles his mother. Not a good thing.
This is a depressing dystopian future history, but it’s believable. If there’s a bright spot, it’s that it still speaks of the presence of a USA, however changed.
Even worse outcomes could be imagined. As Obama would like to someday say, “Black is the new white.” Jeb’s only 3/4 crazy.
I`d vote for the Rat before I vote another Bush in.
El Jefe Bush....
Funny name until you start to think about it
I just think people are so tired of the Clinton and Bush dynasties. We can’t somehow do any better, or different? Really?
Not even discussing their awful politics. Just enough of the “kardashian” presidents.
I don't know what they are smoking, but I only know of only one or two potential "at their core" Conservatives on the horizon today.
After his father's and brother's performance in the White House, this guy will NEVER get my vote.
Just install the Democrat already. I won't play the RINO game one more time. Zilch! Nominate this guy, and I'll tune back in to a presidential ticket in the 2019 run up to 2020.
41, 43, 45: No more oddball Bushes.
So is everyone going to stay home on election day if Bush is the candidate and enable other 4 years of advancing the Liberal agenda for our country?
FUJB!!
I was at a Christmas Party this last Friday here in NYC.
Let’s just say that the party was full of GOPe: the children of former Bush and Reagan Administration cabinet-level officials.
Everyone was dismissive of Cruz, Paul, as well as governors such as Walker, Jindal, Kasich, etc.
They were all in favor of Romney or Jeb Bush. It made me feel sick. I ended up drinking too much wine.
I’ll vote for any Conservatives anywhere on the ballot. As to Bush...no thanks.
FUMR!! FUCC!!
Jeb Bush was an excellent Governor of the State of Florida.
He’s an amnesty pimp. And a communist Common Core pusher.
I guess one could always vote for Jeb and enable another 4 years of advancing the Liberal agenda for our country.
I doubt Jeb would nominate a Liberal for the Supreme Court.
I doubt Jeb would crap on the military the way Omoron has as well....but it makes me sick to think he would possibly be a candidate.
The new budget bill passed permitting donations of $324,000 to candidates. Jebs team will make sure there is no shortage of well-funded conservative candidates.
