Robin Aldrige and her teenage daughter, Mani, were found dead inside their Virginia home Friday.
Firefighters found the bodies while responding to a fire at the home.
Police said Washington stole Robin Aldridge's car after the beatings. It was recovered at a nearby apartment complex.
Robin Aldridge taught special needs students at Hollymead Elementary School and worked in the school system for more the 20 years.
She is the kindest nicest person youll ever meet, said Diane Lariux, whose daughter was a student in Robin Aldridges class. It is a huge loss for the community, a huge loss for the children especially.
Mani Aldridge was a junior at Charlottesville High School.
We will remember Mani for her kindness, friendliness, and care for others, Principal Jill Dahl said in a statement. We also admire her curiosity about the world, her creativity as shown in classes such as culinary arts and theater, and her perseverance in facing challenges.
Yes, the police caught the guy, bravo! If there is any justice in this world the perp will soon leave this world after a short drop and a sudden stop. We all know we won't get that lucky though.
The point is, even though the Police got their man and hopefully protected who knows how many future victims there were already two victims. By definition the police can't act until there is a crime, until there is a victim. We don't want them to be able to act any sooner, arrest/detain people based on what they might do or what they are capable of doing. Hey, we are all capable of murder.
But I digress. We, you, me, the teacher down the street, the Vietnam vet up the street the other way, we all have to be able to defend ourselves because the Police will only be there to draw chalk lines and maybe arrest the perp(s) after the fact. In other words gun-grabbing lib-lurkers: wake the {expletive} up to reality and stop trying to disarm us!
Precisely.
This time he’ll serve 2 months of a life sentence. That’ll show him.
What’s with blacks burning their ex-girlfriends lately. That poor 19 year old woman was burned by her spurned black boyfriend.
No kidding. Where’s the outrage over these “unarmed, gentle giants” setting women/surroundings on fire and beating them to death?
He was an aspiring rapper - and - a murderer.
There seems to be a connection.
Are those gang symbol tats?
When do the protests start ?
Dang, that critter could PATENT ugly. Better warn folks to simply look upon his hideous features with a mirror lest they turn to stone.
I thought the suspect may be human but I guess not after seeing that pic. Obviously some sub-human species.
I think we need to start posting pics of the judges that thorn these thugs out on society too.
Oliver North says of rap; "They forgot to put the "c" in front of it.
I doubt the "gain" barely registered to begin with.
According to the article linked below he knew the daughter.
