They are not my heros. To be honest, I’m not enamored with them nearly as much as you think. Their jobs aren’t easy. It’s the pits type of work. I try to think what goes through their mind in these situations, and I’m just not as quick to condemn as other are.

That little bastard deserved what he got for playing in a city park with a toy gun. I think that cop deserves a medal from the mayor and a new car. That little bastard probably bled all over his fenders. You can’t really hose that much blood off a heroes car after all.
