COURTLAND, Miss. A family his planning their second childs funeral after a woman was killed.
Panola County deputies believe Jessica Chambers was set on fire and are investigating her death as a homicide.
Its hard for me to talk, Ben Chambers said. Its hard to breathe. You dont even think about.
Most people do not think about losing a child the way Ben Chambers lost his.
When the fire department got there they say she was on fire out in the road, Chambers recalled.

Prayers for peace and comfort for this family... dear Lord be with them...
Evil exists in this world... no other word for it...
I read the damned story. The first sentence still makes no sense.
Their son died in a car crash a couple of years ago, hence “their second child’s funeral”. But yeah - trying to start off the article with a dramatic sentence was more important than clarity and grammar.
He worked as a mechanic for the SD.
Thanks! I’m guessing his buddies at the department will be putting in a lot of extra time on this case. Although in a small town and this type of crime, I’m guessing no matter who the father was they’d take this very personally. This must be really hard on the whole town.

At this point, I suspect that "somebody" has more to fear from this family than the family from "somebody".
Burning victim's last words could lead detectives to her killer
When the fire department got there, she was walking down the road on fire," he said. "Only part of her body that wasn't burned was the bottom of her feet."
He continued as he held back tears, "They squirted lighter fluid down her throat and in her nose, and apparently they knocked her out. She had a big gash on top of her head."
In her last breaths, she may have sent investigators down her killer's trail.
"She told them, she told them, told him who done it," Chambers said.
Investigators won't say what Jessica said or release the chilling details about how she died.
I hope it does and the person or persons are extracted from the jail and dealt with as Jessica was dealt with by the perp(s). Let them experience hell on earth before they actually enter hell.
Yup. It's called learning. Libs should try it.

wow
Saw that story early on. She was a mud shark likely into drugs. A shame that white girls behave like total trash, but nobody deserved what happened to her.
As the father of another wayward child that was raped and was being buried alive: “This sh*t doesn’t happen in a church.”
That’s absolutely terrible to hear. Prayers for you, especially this time of year.
Sorry that I seemed I was saying I was the father (I missed the word “said”), it was said by the father of an previous girl friend. She liked to hang out at bars and with the wrong crowd. She was kidnaped then beaten and raped for three days. Her captor had just come back from looking for a place to bury her alive (his testimony) when she broke free, dove out a plate glass window, and escaped to a neighbor’s house. She still claimed the guy was “a nice guy” and refused to testify against him. He is serving life. Her father (now deceased) said, “This sh*t doesn’t happen in a church”, in reference to the fact that she hung out with the bar crowd.
She did not deserve to die like that. One story I saw by one of her ex-bf’s was that she had been gang-raped prior to her kidnapping and murder. She must have run with gangsters. I feel for her father but he doesn’t sound like he set much of an example for her himself. A different story stated that he had had a meth lab and that her murder could have been related to his getting out of the business. The whole thing smells.
