George W. Bush: Hillary Clinton is like my sister-in-law
By Jose A. DelReal December 5
Former President Bush has spoken at length about his close ties to former President Bill Clinton, at times calling him his "brother from another mother."
CNN's Candy Crowley asked Bush during an interview published Friday where that leaves Hillary Clinton: "My sister-in-law!" the president responded light-heartedly.
When asked about a potential Jeb Bush versus Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign, the former president conceded they would both be formidable candidates but insisted his brother his real brother would win.

Stay out da Bushes!
Hillary Bush 2016 ~ What’s the difference
If I didn’t know any better, I’d think W was trying to utterly scuttle Jeb’s chances.
No one cares, George. You are yesterday’s news. Agreeing to be interviewed by Candy Crawly on CNN says it all...
I wish he’d shut up. As the Bush’s age they always get so sentimental and say sappy things about the worst people.
Evil.
Heh.
W is hard to figure.
He is either among the most cynical of people or among the most naive.
On Sept 12, 2001, he said that Islam was a “religion of peace”, thereby coining a phrase that we use very cynically.
However, I don’t think he was being cynical.
Only someone utterly ignorant of the life of Mohammed, what he did, how he lived, that he was a murdering, thieving, pillaging, raping, slave trading, genocidal savage, could have said that.
You have to REMEMBER The Bushes, Romneys, Christies are just
Democrat lite. Obama Hussein just built on the errors of the Bushes (and Clintons).
Only Cruz or Walker or somebody like them can save America.
NO ONE from Boner or McConnell’s “rat pack” can.
Agenda wise they’re all same agenda so yea Da Bush likely does feel comfortable with the Clintons and for that matter likely Obama as well. Much like Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, and McConnell, all basically share the same agendas.
He is basically a decent man who is incredibly naive and stupid. His college grades, just like Kerry’s reflect that.
His grades got him into and out of Harvard grad school.
When FDR made a speech 73 years ago today about a “day that will live in infamy” a real war was launched against enemies that turned their cities into rubble.
After another infamous day in 2001, George W. Bush made a speech with tough words that resulted in a limited no-win Vietnam style war that never got to the roots of Al-Quaeda in Saudi Arabia or the Taliban in Pakistan.
From the beginning Johnson really wanted to use his limited Vietnam War to get to some negotiating table with the Communists like happened in Korea.
I guess W’s comments about a “religion of peace” were his way of saying he would follow LBJ’s lead in fighting a “war” but really seeking negotiations with the “enemy” in the end.
The only things our leaders have learned since Nam is to limit the casualties and political fallout of their no-win wars.
This is one of the many things I can’t stand about the Bushies....they seem to think that all this is about THEM - and how THEY get along with the Clintons, etc. How brain dead. How arrogant. How out of touch.
The GWB flaw that got very little recognition - his insufferable arrogance that was hidden by a phony self deprecating personality at times. The man is very arrogant.
I don’t think he’s fully decent...
