Unbelievable if true.
He has ordered the FBI to read Islamo-terrorists Miranda rights reserved for US citizens, so its reasonable to conclude that he ordered his Navy Seal commandos to seek al-Qaidas surrender first before opening fire. If thats the case, then he made it that much more difficult for these Seals to carry out their mission.

Reading other accounts — it looks like the Yemeni Army may have been responsible for the mission being blown.
muslims kill other muslims constantly. That the enemy islamist øbola would from time to time kill a few hundred muslims for effect means nothing to him so long as islamic influence worldwide continues to fester.
The revised Miranda rights
You have the right to swing first. Anything you do can and will lead to an ass kicking.
You have the rigth to have a priest and EMT pressent at the time of the ass kicking.
If you don’t have a priest one will be appointed to you, to read you your last prayer!
You are under arrest and..... 1. No, I DON’T KNOW who you are. 2. No, I don’t CARE who you know. 3. Yes, you DO pay my salary. 4. Yes, you CAN have my job. 5. NO, I don’t have anything better to do. 6. Yes, I do arrest REAL CRIMINALS sometimes. 7. No, I am not picking on you because you are (fill in ethnic group/race.) 8. No, I CAN’T give you a break. 9. No, I DON’T KNOW your friend Officer ___________. 10. YES, you will be allowed to make a phone call. 11. Yes, you probably will NEVER DO IT AGAIN. 12. No, WE CAN’T talk about it. 13. Yes, it does MAKE ME HAPPY. 14. Yes, you WILL SEE ME IN COURT.
YOUR ARRESTING OFFICER
Did you read the Daily Mail article, this is all it said.
It just sounds like it was a reasonable thing to try since they couldn’t get to the hostages, it doesn’t say that they had all of the kidnappers in their sights but were required to ask for their surrender rather than shoot them all.
“The heavily armed Navy SEALs sprinted from house to house, surrounding the compound and shooting up to ten suspected terrorists.
US commanders appealed for the terrorists to surrender, as an official explained: They called on the kidnappers to give themselves up because they were surrounded on all sides.
‘But the kidnappers immediately killed two hostages, which prompted the forces to open fire on the kidnappers. They tried to give first aid to the hostages but they had lost their lives.”
The US Military should not have to risk their lives to save journalists who went into a war zone.
> I have a hard time believing that even our Worst President Ever would require that kind of insanity
Probably at least wanted to give his Mooslim brothers a fighting chance and didnt want the witnesses to live so they could talk about how evil they truly are.
If so obama was responsible for the hostages’ slaughter
like obama (the tough teen with hi tech weapons) boasted he personally directs each missile strike- and reads them their rights before he orders those missiles fired up yazoos .....
“According to US and Yemeni reports, a dramatic firefight took place after a villager spotted their advance and raised the alarm just as the Navy SEALs were poised to snatch the hostages.

I thought it was an internet video.
We must have a friend in the Defense Department that can share the treasonous, illegal memo that carried this order.

Sounds a lot like what befell a guy named Uriah.

Americans used to think that anyone who harmed an American, anywhere in the world, would face consequences.
Interesting. They shouldn’t have appealed for the surrender, though, because they should have known that they weren’t dealing with rational people who cared whether they lived or died, and that the jihadis would kill the hostages rather than surrender.
So was it a bad decision on the ground, or did they have orders to ask for a surrender and not harm any jihadis?
I’m sure that the tactics on the target were left to the Seals. We need to recognize that this outcome will be difficult for those who went on the mission and took the chances on an uncertain outcome.
I keep coming back to a fictional quotation from on old movie..”where do we get men like these?”
Impeach now please, omg.
We should not put our service member’s lives at risk to rescue private citizens who go into a war zone.
I guess so, we aren’t the people that we used to be, so why not adapt your modern idea.
