That’s an interesting assertion.
If anything, I would say that he was killed as a result of his specific action of “resisting arrest”.
I am aware that he died as a result of what he inititaited that day, but there is no proof at all of what killed him specifically, and there is no proof that anyone intended to kill him.
And there is no proof that anyone was responsible for what happened other than himself, because he was clearly responsible for what happened to him that day in more ways than one.

Please just stop. You don't convince me - you don't convince others here. Wrongful death doesn't require "intent" if I recall correctly. Action - Results, rightly or wrongly. I never said the particular officer should be held criminally liable. I only said the man is dead because of bullshit taxes on a legal product which he was trying to sell. If you insist to try and make this a major criminal case, you're barking up the wrong tree in my book.
