I’m assuming those figures include all of the early votes, because there’s no way 10 precincts can produce numbers like that.

40 out of 4018 precincts in.
The large vote totals are mostly the early voting results.
Interestingly enough, Orleans parish did not report ANY early voting results. And they have 366 precincts.
