I’m guessing that they have multiple reporters at different locations who reports the locality results as soon as they are completed (or as soon as they are sent in to the official SOS site). The SOS site likely takes longer to get them posted into the official database (government workers, don’t you know).

If youre looking for exit polling on Louisianas pre-Christmas runoffs, youll find only coal in that stocking. At least by the early look of things. The Associated Press says they skipped it. RNC officials say they have no idea if anyone went into the field.
